You can return the purchased product within 8 business days from the delivery date. The general return conditions are as follows:

1. The products to be returned must be sent together with their original box or packaging. Returns of used products are not accepted. You are required to send the original invoice (all copies in your possession) and a letter stating the reason for the return along with the product you wish to return.

2. If the invoice for the product you want to return is in the name of the company, it must be sent together with the invoice issued by the company when returning. The return invoice should be issued without including shipping charges.

3. Return processes are generally completed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be deposited into a bank account opened in your name after deducting shipping expenses. Bank charges will be borne by you.

4. The Buyer receives the product from the courier of the company’s working courier company with a signature. In case of any possible issues during transportation, the Buyer must create a report in the presence of the courier, documenting that the product is not in good condition. Otherwise, the Buyer confirms that they have received the product sent by the Company in good condition. After these procedures, the Buyer pre-accepts and undertakes not to hold the COMPANY and the courier company responsible for the delivery of the product and not to make any compensation claims.
